Neuroclarity Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Morph: Fasting for Transformation mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Onboarding data: Name, age, gender, and fasting goals. Stored locally on your device only.
Health and wellness data: Fasting history, mood check-ins, daily logs (energy, mood, mental clarity), body measurements, and electrolyte tracking. Stored locally on your device only.
Email address: If you join our waitlist or contact us for support.

1.2 Information from Apple HealthKit

With your explicit permission, the App may read data from Apple Health (HealthKit), including glucose levels, weight, and blood pressure. HealthKit data remains on your device and is never transmitted to any server, sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose other than providing the App's core functionality.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

PostHog Analytics: We collect anonymous usage analytics including app events, screen views, and device information. PostHog does not receive your name, health data, fasting records, or any personally identifiable information. See PostHog's Privacy Policy.
Superwall: Manages paywall presentation and collects device-level data (device model, OS version, subscription status) for paywall optimization. See Superwall's Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide the App's core fasting tracking, companion, and insights features
To improve the App through anonymous, aggregated analytics
To manage subscriptions and paywall experiences
To communicate with you about the App (if you provide your email)
To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage and Security

The App operates without user accounts or cloud storage. All personal and health data is stored locally on your device only. No personal health data leaves your device except for anonymous analytics data sent to PostHog and device-level data processed by Superwall. If you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently lost and cannot be recovered by us.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or health data to any third party. We share data only with:

PostHog: Anonymous usage analytics only (no personal or health data)
Superwall: Device-level data for paywall optimization only
Apple: For subscription and payment processing through the App Store
Law enforcement: Only when required by law, court order, or legal process

5. Apple HealthKit Compliance

In accordance with Apple's HealthKit guidelines:

We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or data brokerage
We do not sell HealthKit data to third parties
We do not share HealthKit data with third parties except as necessary to provide the App's core functionality
HealthKit data is stored exclusively on your device
HealthKit data is not transmitted to any external server, cloud service, or third party

6. Children's Privacy

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Users ages 13–17 require verifiable parental consent. Parents may review, request deletion of, or refuse further collection of their child's data by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete your personal data
Opt out of analytics data collection
Request data portability
Restrict or object to certain data processing

Since all personal data is stored locally on your device, you have direct control over your data at all times. You may delete all App data by deleting the App from your device.

8. Data Retention

Personal and health data stored locally on your device persists until you delete the App. Anonymous analytics data collected by PostHog and Superwall may be retained by those providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We do not retain copies of your personal or health data on any server.

9. International Data Transfers

Anonymous analytics data may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. We implement appropriate safeguards to protect data during transfer.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the App and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
