Common Questions

How do I start a fast?

Open Morph and tap the start button on the home screen. Choose your fasting protocol (16:8, 18:6, OMAD, or a custom schedule) and your timer will begin immediately.

Is my data safe?

Absolutely. All personal and health data is stored locally on your device only. We never upload your fasting history, health records, or personal information to any server. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel your plan.

I lost my progress. Can you recover it?

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we unfortunately cannot recover data that has been deleted. If you delete and reinstall the app, your progress will be lost.

How do creature evolutions work?

Your creature evolves based on your fasting consistency. The more fasts you complete, the more your creature grows and transforms. Stay consistent to unlock all evolution stages!
